Unfortunately we don't. All orders needs to be paid when you place an order.

It usually takes 5-10 business days to process refunds once we iniciate the refund on our end.

Yes, you can buy gift card(s) and is good for one year from date of purchase.

Yes, you can cancel and order the same or different product(s) if your order shippment is not fulfilled yet. However, it will cost you 4.2% processing fee by the credit card company.  So, your refund would be (4.2%) less of the amount you paid.

Once you paid for your order, it takes 1 to 3 business days to fulfill your shipment.

Unfortunately, we don't accept any returns. All sales are final. However, if we ship you wrong item(s), we will allow return with prior approval of your returns per request via email. once we have received the product with no damage to it, we would send you the correct prooduct at no cost to you or refund your money in full if product become out of stock (unavailabe).
